Farm Giant Mantis Shrimp and Reef Octopus at the same time

Reef Octopus and Giant Mantis Shrimp share the spawn points and are found in similar locations. You will typically see both available. If you are fishing for a particular one but can't find them, you should fish the one that is available so the needed one spawns.

Forager's Gloves and Fishing

Contrary to other information on the Internet, Forager's Gloves do NOT increase casting time while fishing. These gloves enhance the speed of primary gathering professions (such as mining, herb gathering, etc.).
